Great central location and friendly front desk staff made this hotel a good choice for my New Year's stay in Krasnodar. the breakfast was plentiful and provided a good variety of options for all tastes. the cleaning staff seemed to make an effort to keep everything tidy.
The hotel's facilities and maintenance left much to be desired. the bathrooms were poorly lit, not very clean and had older fixtures.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the historic center near Ekaterina's Park. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, with no frills but everything I needed. The breakfast was hearty and included freshly fried eggs and traditional Russian dishes.

Spent my Xmas break in a hotel and it was a great experience. The pool and sauna were a perfect place to relax after a long sightseeing day in the historical center. The location was unbeatable, just a few steps away from the main square and restaurants. Breakfast was tasty with freshly cooked eggs, delicious pastries, and a variety of fruits to choose from. Bonus point for the hot chocolate, perfect for the cold days.
The cleaning staff could improve their work, my room was not well cleaned. The equipment in the gym was not in the best shape.
